• Each student is required to sign a declaration regarding discipline and conduct as per provisions of the Act & Statutes of the University.
  • If any candidate secures admission on the basis of fake declarations or result or any mistake, his/ her admission shall be void, and the same will be cancelled as soon as the fact is detected. Action may also be taken against such candidates as per University rules
  • The University reserves the right to change or modify the rules and regulations of the admission test and/or alter the number of seats allocated to each course of study.
  • On being selected for admission, the selected candidates shall have to submit the following documents in original on or before the last date prescribed for the purpose:
    a) Mark Sheet/Grade Sheet of the qualifying degree course.
    b) Character Certificate from the Dean/Head/Principal of the University/Institution last attended.
    c) Migration Certificate from the competent authority of the University/Institution last attended, on or before 31.10.2018.
    d) SC/ST/PH/Kashmiri Migrant/NRI Certificate issued by competent authority.
  • Applicants seeking admission to more than one course in the University have to submit separate Application Forms. They should take separate admission tests for each course. Single Application Form for more than one course shall be summarily rejected.
  • For taking the Entrance Test, it is necessary that the candidates applying for admission to Master’s degree/diploma course must have passed the three year degree course from a University recognized by the University Grants Commission in 10+2+3 system of education.
  • Candidates appearing in the final examination of the qualifying degree course of any University in year 2018 are eligible to appear in the Entrance Test. Such candidates, if admitted, must submit the proof of passing qualifying examination by 31stAugust, 2018 failing which the admission shall stand cancelled.
  • The percentage of marks in the qualifying examination shall be read without rounding off the percentage.
  • Mere appearing in the Entrance Test does not entitle a candidate to claim admission for any course.
  • Candidates against whom any disciplinary action has been taken at any stages in his/her earlier academic career shall not be admitted to any course in this University.
  • Enrolment of a student in any course of the University shall stand cancelled he/she is held guilty of any cognizable offence. Enrolment may also be cancelled, if his/her conduct is found by the Proctorial Board of the University to be at variance with that normally expected from a student of the University.
  • BBAU, Lucknow however have the right to cancel any of the Examination center and/ or add some other cities/centers depending upon the response, administrative feasibility or any force-majeure conditions etc. The final Exam Center allotted to the candidate will be notified at the time of issuing Admit Card.
  • The cut-off marks will be 20% of the total marks of Entrance Test for the General Category candidates and the cut-off marks for SC/ST Category candidates will be 15% of total marks of the Entrance Test.(For UG/ PG/ Diploma/ Certificate Programmes only)
  • The Entrance Test will not be Conducted for the courses, where the percentage of total appearing candidate is less than 50% of the total intake of the course.(For UG/ PG/ Diploma/ Certificate Programmes only)
  • Admission to the course will not be taken, if the total qualified candidate in the Entrance Test-2018 is less then 50% of the total intake in that particular course.(For UG/ PG/ Diploma/ Certificate Programmes only)
  • There shall be negative marking for each incorrect answer. For each incorrect answer,(-1/3) marks will be awarded. (For UG/ PG/ Diploma/ Certificate Programmes only)
