ENTRANCE EXAMINATION

  • The Question Paper of Entrance Test will consist of Objective Type (Multiple Choice) questions.
  • Blind and Disabled candidates, with prior permission of the concerned University authorities, may bring their own writers whose maximum qualification should be Intermediate or 10+2 level.
  • The marks obtained by each candidate in the Entrance Test would form his/her merit index for the admission to Master’s / Bachelor /Diploma /Certificate programme of this university.
  • The admission to Master’s / Bachelor /Diploma /Certificate programme of this university shall be strictly in the order of Entrance Test merit.
  • In case of equal marks in the Entrance Test, the order of merit shall be decided on the basis of marks in the qualifying examination.
  • BBA University recognizes the approved degrees of all Central Universities, State Universities, Institutions of National importance, and reputed foreign Universities provided that their equivalence has been established by the competent authorities.
  • For Admission to Ph.D. programmes, Entrance Test shall be qualifying with qualifying marks as 50%. The syllabus of the Entrance Test shall consist of 50% of research methodology and 50% shall be subject specific. (As per Ph.D. Regulation 2016)
  • The cut-off marks will be 20% of the total marks of Entrance Test for the General Category candidates and the cut-off marks for SC/ST Category candidates will be 15% of total marks of the Entrance Test.(For UG/ PG/ Diploma/ Certificate Programmes only)
  • The Entrance Test will not be Conducted for the courses, where the percentage of total appearing candidate is less than 50% of the total intake of the course.(For UG/ PG/ Diploma/ Certificate Programmes only)
  • Admission to the course will not be taken, if the total qualified candidate in the Entrance Test-2018 is less then 50% of the total intake in that particular course.(For UG/ PG/ Diploma/ Certificate Programmes only)
  • There shall be negative marking for each incorrect answer. For each incorrect answer,(-1/3) marks will be awarded. (For UG/ PG/ Diploma/ Certificate Programmes only)
